Sir
I have time and again tried to impress on the various people I spoke to that the vendor in our area is not delivering the TOI regularly. When we phone him, he does not respond. When he does, he says that he is away on a holiday with all the delivery boys.
Yesterday I spoke to somebody at this number – 24317966 and was assured that the Crest Edition, which has not for the past two Saturday, would be delivered but it has not been delivered.
I am rather tired of calling and speaking to people who do nothing but make empty promises ! Maybe, I should stick to buying THE HINDU after paying an annual subscription for the TOI.
The primary responsibility of a news paper is to ensure regular delivery of the same in the morning. I have been making hue and cry for the last few months regarding
non receipt of paper on Sundays and delayed supply on all days. I am compelled now to subscribe for Hindu to ensure regular supply of paper. If authorities are not taking proper steps time is not far off for Times of India to bundle out from Chennai.
i suggest you to give the full details about the all branches mainly chenai. Here no enough information about the chennai branch.
