So there is this Lala Real Estate company in Delhi who have decided to create a man made lake in Gurgaon and made apartment housing around it. The brief is to highlight the water bodies that dot the property, and the flat costs about 1 to 1.5 crs so the thought has to be simple and emphasis on beautiful water bodies dotting scenic views.

This was my attempt:

Would like to hear your thoughts - Is the insight too convoluted to serve as a RTB to buy the property. Is it too hi fi?? Is the insight related to buying properties? Is just freaking bad.

Or does it just suck.
