Hello. Im an 18 year old design student waiting to start my 2nd year in college. This is a picture I clicked on Holi this year, in the middle of a bath, after getting someone to pass me my phone. I made around 30 edits of this but these are the ones i like best.

My inspiration for this picture was Pop Art and Funk. The contrast, light exposure, colours all just were in place at that time. Though the original picture looks much 'plainer' but the edit is what i had in mind while shooting. Theres something about the light contrast and pink froth on green that screams 'funk'. I wanted the grittiness, the funkiness, like its making a statement.

a lot of the funkiness will come with the introduction of text. i liek the pink foam myself.

think of it as the cover for a music cd. the text will flow normally.

since you are in college you must be knowing so many music bands. you must grabd the opportunity to design soem music cd covers for them. its so much fun.
