CANNES BRONZE WINNER. IS IT A COPY?

So the Chupa Chups done by DDB Madrid gets a bronze in Cannes Outdoor. Pretty nice till I discover the one done much before for The National Youth Science Expo. Genesis by Lowe Newzealand.

I think Lowe art direction is pretty bad...but i do feel sorry for the guy who actually came up with the idea. imagine his frustrations.

Cannes with all it's money should hire some trainees whose sole job would be to find if the shortlisted work is not done before.
