Job Description
Provide the thought leadership for various design concepts.Establish the design process and methodology.Plan and manage the work distribution among the team. Work with marketing and sales team.Develop relationship with our designer community.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have a degree from a design school. Having an NID degree is a plus. Must have at 6-10 years work experience in the design field. Experience at a creative design studio is a plus.Must have the experience of managing a creative team.
