After completing Visual Graphics and Animation course from Amrita Deemed University, my first job was at a local channel and later started a motion design studio “Mozione Media” with my friends .
In 2017 we started an advertising agency “Adaar VFX” with my friends.
Why are you creative?
May be I like seeing creative works very much. Just like completing every work and seeing what we have created.
Did you attend school for fine art or design or Communications?
I have already mentioned about the courses I have done in Visual Design.
Tell us something about your firm Adaar. How did you start it? What is your vision with it?
The “Adaar VFX” was started in 2017 at trivandrum with my friends Mr.Anix & Arun. The vision was combining visual graphics and shoot video for commercials and feature films.

Tell us something about the work environment at your company… and your team?
We are very happy that we have one of the best creative team in India. The staffs can work any time in 24 span, we are only concerned about the results.
The work environment is cool and friendly atmosphere where discussions runs about any topics below the sky, like characters, Films, Music, Travel, Politics and history etc
Do you have any kind of a program to nurture and train young talent?
We always suggest our team to see best works around the world and to dream about getting in to the above mentioned list.

We do have a plan to give training for aspiring creative minds with Talent.
How do you find and recruit new talent?
Search in social media platform like behance ,vimeo etc.
What do you think of the state of animation in India?
There are good talent all over India but always drags by the availability of budget. Foreign works get the space, time and budget for the kind of work we dream to do.
Any notable campaigns from your portfolio you want total about?
We attended samsung,vivo,nickelodeon and HRX campaigns
What advice do you have for aspiring creative professionals?
Keep up the quality and the time will repay you what you have lost in not compromising.
What is your dream project?
Running a creative campaign for UN organizations like the WHO, UNICEF or UNESCO aiming betterment of humanity.
