Phantom Films Logo inspired from FTII Logo?

It seems the Phantom Films (Mumbai) logo is inspired from the FTII logo.
Any thoughts?

I do agree otherwise it's a big case of ghajni for Mr Kashyap and his ilk.

The FTII logo is a little better. At least it has design and thought rather than JUST hindi 'F'.

No definitely not inspired. We have soo many other companies who have similar typos.
