Sudden drop in ranking

Hello guys 4 days back my 3 keywords lost its first page ranking? is it some kind of penalty or algorithm change ? How to confirm it ?

Yes I'm also with them. It is really awful works for getting a shot from Search Engine..... and this is the Month of algorithm update when you asked the question here.
