To know that whole keyhole business, i think you need to go through all economist ads....do some research....then look at this ad again....if you still don't get it , then.... maybe you could just move on....
by the way, that nib denotes Indian express, it's in their logo....

What's the connection? Your question seems confusing. Actually, you must ask this question to: David Abbot, John Hegarty, Richard Foster, Sean Doyle, Alfredo M. and a host of other advertising stalwarts who've worked on The economist....Perhaps, they'll have the right answer for this question, right?...Because an ignorant economist reader will always be ignorant....He may or may not love the ads, that's his choice. What really matters is are we true to ourselves....are we doing path breaking advertising....
