>As a Designer you will be a strategic person who will define how the product shapes up. You will have a great sense of customer focus and provide the best user experience possible.

>• Driving projects right from the conceptual stage till the execution

>• Experience in Flash and Mobile Apps will be a big plus

>• Write compelling e-mails that convinces users to comeback, re-login, etc

>• Have a Bachelor's/Master' s degree in English
>• Have 3-4 years experience in writing for websites and related communication
>• Be able to work well under deadlines and handle multiple, competing tasks, priorities and projects

>You will be primarily responsible for the following:
>• Understanding the brand strategy & new product development cycle
>• Leveraging social media channels to increase brand awareness

>• Creating reports to track performance metrics for different campaigns (email marketing campaigns, ad campaigns on facebook & google)
>• Conducting user feedback sessions & usability interviews to suggest new features & improvements
