Re: morning gas identity
Logo is fine, but when I read the name, the first thing that went through my mind is farting in the early morning ...

Re: morning gas identity
Flatulent eggs. Windy toast. Farty coffee. Aah, what a great start to the morning!
Re: morning gas identity
The name gives away a little uninviting feeling....!!
The logo can be much better...and colorful and creative so that it can compliment the name and the purpose..!!
Balance is what is important!!

Re: morning gas identity
i liked the color combination but the name doesnt convey the desired meaning to me...a bit confusing for the starters!!
A genuine Smile can straighten all the curves!
Re: morning gas identity
thanks for the brickbats people... well as for the name, it's a simple wordplay on gas ... fuel/fart...
tongue-in-cheek yes, but with a little sense of humour, not hard to digest ... think ugly mug coffee

Re: morning gas identity
i like the identity..like the diamond element and the type which is in neon format..very good illustration there.. also the composition is very good..but again the very logotype has to convey the essence..probably some desi-videsi logotype shall make more sense(like how you have Only parathas or sandwizza)..
just suggesting

Re: morning gas identity
logo is nice, but the type style is too GROOVY.It looks like if sm party is gonna happen.
try using different logotype, and for name what about 'Morning Burp'

Re: morning gas identity
I liked the graphic design but the concept is weak.
why show gas cylinder for 'gas'? where is the idea? where is the twist in the visual? why not, perhaps, bad idea, but gas burner with knife and fork? or plate, fork, knife, with a matchbox red-crossed crossed out?

Kikikikikiki bleach-treated my avatar! Isn't she sweet?

@sachin: well, when virgin started flying, its logo was considered too groovy for an airline ... so you know...stereotypes are meant to be smashed
@saumya: given the name and logo is very 'western', there had to be some indian symbol which ppl could instantly relate with food ... and what better than the iconic red lpg cylinder ... that apart, im not a big fan of coating an idea on something lest it looks hard-working and laboured. simple can be sticky too. call it the beat school of logomaking
