This is a technique called 'Wheatpasting'

It has been used since ancient times for various arts and crafts such as book binding, decoupage, collage, and papier-mâché. the artist has created his vector artwork and printed it on a large sheet and pasted it on the wall with the help of Wheatpaste...!!
