Well, My boss is hilarious. He removes all his frustration on my team only. He wants to maintain well disciplined office where people talking to my team is considered as 'Waste of Time' and hence everyone are strictly not allowed to enter our bay. If anyone falls sick they are supposed to take leave approval before 1 week atleast.

My boss is god and understanding. I like the way he respects his employees and their opinions. Feels so blessed to have this kind of boss.
