But servicing people go on to head most agencies. Plus they can easily get into sales, marketing, brand management and the like, so they are more secure there.

I dont agree with you, Rajesh, completely.

All agencies have a CEO level creative: The CCO.

There's Piyush Pandey, Prasoon Joshi (who has piggy back ridden his advertising career to become big guy in Bollyood as well), there's Balki (who too has piggy back ridden his advertising career to become big guy in Bollyood as well), there's Bobby Pawar, Satbir Singh, Sonal Dabral, Sagar Mahabaleshwar... there are enough creatives who are out there big and powerful.

And all agency creatives dream of becoming big film makers. because they write 30 second scripts on targeted broiefs, they all think they are better than Spielberg. So all of them try careers into films: Pradeep Sarkar, Bob and Vikram, Rezi Ghai, Dibakar Banerjee, Milind Daimade... there are no many,

So many other creatives start their own shops or become artists or stylists etc.

Creatives too have a wide range of career options.

Aha! It seems most people find their bosses 'inspiring', despite having unrecognizable avatars. So is that the truth?

Well, for me I am my own boss for whom I vote "so so" in this poll.

Reason: This is because of the difference between passion and entrepreneurship.

How is lazy? Lazy but inspiring? Lazy but terrifying?

well, now I'll be honest and say that it is not honesty, it's frustration + self hatred :)
