We all have various kinds of people who we have to report to. How good is your boss?

I think people overreact about their bosses. My boss comes witha lot of problems but when he pushes me, and i feel terrible about it, I DO get better results. The thing is we all have egos and dont like being told that what we did was good enough. And when someone pushes us, we crib and bitch. Its human nature. But we must change this nature.

Bosses are good and bosses are bad. How are WE as employees?

My Boss is there only because he has spent over 20 years in the business. And boy, is he frustrated.

My boss is So-So.

He doesn't bother me. He doesn't get bothered himself. The pain is the NCD. He doesnt live in the city and has an opinion on everything without having a solution. So we end up working every weekend.

creatives r treated as highly dispensable people by management. so most of the bosses are naturally insecure. when they r the top people, they r better like balki, piyush etc. mostly in mumbai.
