Design:
-I Liked Type and layout.
-Any reason to use three different colours?
-Why the third poster headline size is larger, compare to the other two?
Copy:
-Good copy, can be called clever.
Idea
I don't know what the owner of the gym thought before naming it "Workaholic". How they define an 'Alcoholic"? If I take its traditional meaning then, this idea fails badly. And, workaholic and Alcoholic are two different addictions. Trivialising it, will not bring him business. (I hope these are not patli gully)
These are my thoughts, one doesn't have to necessarily agree with them.

I liked this minimalistic approach.
In the 'lose the spirit' poster (first one), I think that the line spacing could have been more. I took half a second longer to understand that "los,e," is actually "lose" and the "," belongs to the 'i' of 'spirit' in the following line.
I'm a little bit ashamed to admit that I didn't understand a thing about the '100 for the road' poster. I'm sure that it is only my problem as the others have already liked it.
