I am a copywriter, but still I was thinking if I can try on a new layout to make it appear different. I have a layout, but I never tried it, being unsure of it. Something like a news paper front page. Have a look at the attachment and let me know your feedback on it.

fantastic improvement over the original. what I would do is add a wide and beautiful interior shot. that would give the feeling of grandeur.

I think you're mixing two thing that doen't go together like oil and water. I agree that first ads look aggressive, shouting and bad in terms of layout and colours. Second option you have done, look better again in terms of layout and colours. Here is my thought, first ads clearly targets at price sensitive buyers, who look maximum value for money. What you have done is of more a luxury apartment ad. These are two different demographic and psychographic costomers and they don't mix. What i read in first ad and can draw some ideas from it: Faster Contruction, Affordability (not cheap), Bricking your Dreams (may be better payment options). The difference is like a buyer from Big Bazzar and Shopper's Stop. Pls correct me if i appear to be too criticle.
