Good Printers for Graphic Designers

After much looking around I really liked this printer. Always wanted an Epson for that wonderful photo quality. Will cost me close to 12k. Which printer do you have in your office?

the T40 is a slightly cheaper alternative but unlike teh one above this one cant print difectly on CDs.
