Every year Pepsico draws a YouTube viral movies contest, between the creative teems in my office.
They don't give us any funding for it, it is totally independent: we film it with a simple camera, edit it, edit the sound etc.
Than in a particular date all of the creative teams upload their movie to YouTube. The movie that has the most viewed after one month wins! The team gets a ticket to Cannes Lion Festival!
