The skills of Art director need to expand from the finite world of colors, grammar and visuals to include the over arching marketing direction.



The person should have proficiency in computer based design 2D and 3D animation, 3d modeling,



Website Creation, Sound Design, Digital Video Editing, and Fine Art Illustration.



Applied Software experience in Photoshop, CorelDraw, PageMaker QuarkXPress Premiere, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Flash, Dream weaver, and various graphic design packages.



Qualification:

A good human, Driven by creative thinking, Life savvy & Graduate, NIFT, MBA .

Job Description

Art Director will help establish the direction and implementation of outstanding creative- create design for static and non-static advertizing. Story Board creation and take charge of client photo shoots.

Lead, mentor and assist non-designers understand the creative process while creating the best possible product by applying skills and experience.



Leadership:

-Comfortable & experienced in presenting design concepts and direction to all levels of Senior Management as well as clients.

-Analyzed customer requirements, established and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

-Proven-ability to rally a team & lead charge toward common goal.



Creative:

-Create for Fun and use available time to recreate and energize the team for better productivity- should also wear the hat of organizations Chief Fun Officer and implement the FISH culture.

-Familiar with the importance of creating an engaging, intuitive and stimulating user experience through design and its effect on marketing objectives and conversions.

-Ability to conceptualize and produce compelling visual presentations in a variety of media to convey complex messages as well as personal expression to a wide variety of audiences.
