Job Description

Demonstrate strong understanding, trust and relationship with senior level Clients
Produce, seeks and able to sell quality plans and media opportunity to contribute to Client’s business
Capable of being a persuasive presenter to clients
Clearly communicate and actively promote ZO ROI philosophy with clients
Demonstrate ability to delegate the planning team’s understanding and execution of resources within Media Agency and it’s relationships.
Demonstrate ability to manage and coach a planning team on work issues

Requirement

Bachelor or College degree, Good English Communication, Familiar in computer operation
Minimum 6+ years working experience in media planning, 4A agency preferred.
Minimum 3+ years team management experience (over 3 staffs).
