Reegional - Fresh from opening an office in Malaysia last month, Singapore digital agency The Upper Storey has ramped up its regional expansion with a new office in India.
TUS's India office will be based in Mumbai and is aimed at helping the agency service multinational brands at both the local and regional levels. TUS's client list includes Nokia, Dell, Intel, OCBC, the Singapore Tourism Board and Nikon.
"We have been planning this expansion for a couple of years now, and it's exciting to see it take shape. Setting up shop in India is a strategic move designed to strengthen our regional presence on one hand, and make our services compelling to potential clients with commercial interests in one of the world's fastest-growing economies on the other," Prakash Kamdar, TUS managing director, said.
TUS recently won a through-the-line pitch to handle OCBC's Cycle Singapore work, and hired four new staff. The eight-year old agency has also launched campaigns for LG and Dell in the past few months.
