On 20th of August, my brother and I launched a beta version of the website http://blumblum.com. We got some visitors and were able to correct some bugs.
The following is a banner that I designed announcing the site.

its nice but keeping mouse on the picture, it takes sooo loong before anything happens...

Yes, we are aware of that. The preview is too slow in some connections.
Our benchmark was the stock image site http://www.stockxpert.com/. I believe that the preview delay of http://blumblum.com is comparable with StockXpert. But that's not enough, we will bring the delay down...
