he award-winning advertising and marketing campaign continues to break new ground in communicating the ABSOLUT brand’s core values of clarity, simplicity and perfection.

The experimental and original nature of the brand has also inspired some of the world’s leading artists, designers and musicians to create their own interpretations of ABSOLUT. It all began in 1985 when the legendary pop artist Andy Warhol painted the ABSOLUT VODKA bottle. This was the start of a whole new type of advertising – one that broadened the boundaries between advertising, art, fashion and music. Since then, hundreds of artists have contributed their talents to the ABSOLUT campaign. Nam June Paik, Rosemarie Trockel, Damien Hirst, Maurizio Cattelan, Louise Bourgeois are just a few. And the list continues to grow.

ABSOLUT VODKA entered the world of fashion in 1988. The very first creation of ABSOLUT FASHION is a silver mini-dress by designer David Cameron. Another tribute to fashion is ABSOLUT GAULTIER, a campaign inspired by traditional Swedish legends that contains fashion creations by Jean-Paul Gaultier, photographed in the archipelago of Stockholm by Jean-Baptiste Mondino.
