animators directory w/ reels

hi there,
this is kind of a stupid question after all those years in the business.
but we've just got a pretty cool character animated/live action concept for a campaign approved and we're looking for the right animator/director.
now, I remember a long time ago seeing a webpage with names of production prople from all around the world with their creidts and reels in it. but can't remember anything more.
so, before I get examples from the production house, where should I look for reels of superb animators/directors on the web?
PS: no webpages of animation studios. I'm looking for something more general and unbiased.
