Does anyone know from where I can find out salary range for creatives in different countries?

Good question. Salaries obviously depend on your negotiation skills. They say:

You don't get what you deserve,
You get what you negotiate.

In Dubai my friend joined a large agency as a senior Art Director and gets USD 3500 tax free, plus furnished apartment, plus car.

In Canada a senior Art Director would make 8,000 USD a month (but pay 30% tax).

In US it could start from 6,000 - 12,000 USD a month.

I don't know about other countries. But in India (big agency) salaries are probably comparable to the IT and management guys. (Comparing level to level, excluding the IIMers).

In a salary report of Singapore, I remember reading that CDs get paid more than IT Project Leaders.

The US guys rant about creatives not doing anything and being highly paid.

That brings me to this question: Do we complain jokingly, or is there really an issue somewhere?
