Around 8,000 USD tax free, full package. You could add a grand or 2 or ask for perks like house, car, air tickets (which are generally included in the package) plus there is the bonus.
If you are senior CD then perhaps more....

i think thats the monthly package...
totalling some USD 96000 a year.
