if i smoke, my lungs will becokme black and the surgery will cost $73000?
or my friends will get it for free, since it will be valueless?

20 yrs of cigerattes cost you 73 k, which in the end gets you burnt lungs.
your friend may get the lungs for free because of second hand smoke.
