A PPM Dockett is a pre prodsuction dockett extremely important for pre production meetings between client and agency and prosuction company.
Important people who must be present are:
- client
- agency creatives plus agency client servicing plus agency producer
- production house producer
- director
- Director's assistant (must take notes)
After the PPM is over, minutes must e shared. And immediately cast and crew must be booked.
