At the beginning stages of a major expansion, we are looking for the right individual to fill the critical position of Creative Director for our team.
Blending with our 20 years of regional experience the Creative Director will be the driving force, helping us step into the future. The Creative Director will be responsible for helping form strategies, shape creative vision, and work with clients and account teams to ensure creative products and strategic goals exceed client expectations. The Creative Director has the commitment to creative excellence and the design skills to push designers and project teams to a higher level of conceptual and design creativity. With the determination to meet clients’ needs, while ensuring that team members progress and continually develop to meet career goals, the Creative Director juggles a variety of burdens, with a constant responsibility for the quality of the creative product and the overall satisfaction of the client.
Specific Responsibilities:
Oversight and management of all creative activities, and design employees
Coordination of roles and responsibilities for design studio employees
Overall welfare of the creative teams, and their members
Development of teams’ and team members’ skills and effectiveness
Conceptualization and implementation of improvement programs for overall creative operations
Adherence to and improvement on procedural and ethical practices
Overall creative and production standards
The presentation of creative strategies and visuals to customers
Qualifications:
10+ years experience with a clear progression leading towards or including the role of Creative Director
Excellent communication skills in spoken & written English
Excellent leadership skills and the confidence to lead with a
