Job Description:
> To manage, guide and mentor the creative team
> To elevate the creative standards of the agency, and build a strong creative reputation for the agency
> Assist management in building the clients' businesses, as well as win new business

Our client is one of the most successful group of independent communications agencies which operate in and around the Mekong Basin, including Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Myanmar, and Vietnam, handling a large number of local and international clients.

Other Requirements:
> Award winning
> Strong management skills (as the candidate will need to be able to manage projects/the creative team)
> Extensive advertising experience in any of the Asian markets
> Preferably copy based, but will consider strategically strong art based candidates as well
> Great presentation skills
> Solid pitch track record
