1. FULL TIME: SUB EDITOR | MUMBAI | Exp: minimum 2 - 4 years |
- Manage a team of 2-3 writers; mentor younger writers to develop a voice that fits with Homegrown’s; come up with story ideas across a variety of subjects pertaining to youth culture; write with both speed and flair; fact-check; analytics and insights; an intuitive understanding of digital media is a big bonus

2. FULL TIME: REPORTER | Mumbai | Exp. 2-3 years |
- Come up with story ideas across a variety of subjects pertaining to youth culture; write with both speed and flair; fact-check; ability to go out into the field, collect data/ information/ interview people and report on it when necessary; newspaper reporting background is a bonus.

3. FULL TIME: EVENTS CONTENT WRITER | Mumbai | Exp: 1-2 years |
- Strategic thinking; ability to churn out a high volume of short form content, quickly; stay on the pulse of what’s going on in multiple cities via social media and otherwise good networking abilities

4. FREELANCE: LIFESTYLE & CULTURE WRITERS ACROSS- MUMBAI , DELHI , BANGALORE , PUNE & GOA | Exp: 1 - 3 years |
- Keep a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in their city and pitch story ideas accordingly; come up with story ideas across arts, fashion, music, culture, events and more across their city; write with speed and style, and meet deadlines; interview and report facts with ethics.

5. FULL TIME: MARKETING | Exp: 1- 3 years of digital advertising and marketing |
- Must have an intuitive understanding of brands, be insight driven, and the ability to think on their feet. The marketing team at Homegrown is exposed to multiple facets of the business: developing innovating concepts and solutions for brands to experience both on Homegrown and the brand's assets; brand strategy; ideation and execution, event conceptualizing and execution, account management to ensure desired campaign performance; and managing execution of programs and partnerships across internal and external departments and vendors ⠀

6. FULL TIME: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER | Exp: 2-3 years |
- To plan, manage and measure all social marketing efforts. This role requires an inherent social media DNA and a natural interest to connect with the broader social media world and live in it day-to-day. Requirement: creating and maintaining HG's social media marketing plan and strategy; developing and managing online partnerships to expand social audiences and support content strategies; research, writing & managing our daily social content publishing; experimenting with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities; tracking and monitoring the effectiveness of social initiatives.
