Is this the perception of Indian Creatives?

One guy commented on Indian creative when I mentioned about DesiCreative in a blog:
That’s great. I’m happy for India. Though it seems that every time I see an ad by some agency in India, the client is either fictitious or fake. (Yes, I know. It’s for the double-whammy effect.) - Tom Mullen
