We are inviting experienced and all-rounded Art Director to lead and work together with our Communication Design team at an International Design Studio / Branding Agency, which has its Regional Headquarter here in Hong Kong. Your responsibilities include:
Translating marketing communication strategies into effective design strategies and visual communication solutions - Design for Point-of-sales, packaging, product / brand identity, print, new media and internet.
Acts together with the creative director and other art directors to determine overall strategic creative direction for the account involved
Briefing, directing and overseeing all-level Graphic Designers, Photographers, Illustrators, according to the briefing and creative vision/direction from conceptualization through final implementation.
You should have minimum 5yrs experience in managing a creative team and creative / production workflow preferably in large multi-national and design / advertising agency.
Good understanding of packaging design, brand communication & integration across different medium is essential. Familiar with major design software, fluent in English and/or Cantonese with excellent communication / presentation skill is MUST.
Definite advantage if you have solid packaging and retail point-of-sales design exposure, and applicant who has been educated aboard is strongly encourage to apply.
