your boss didn't like THIS? i guess they like cartoon characters. if the red ears were of a panda, they would have bought it. hutch is about cute characters which kids love. that forces parents to get the connections and Hutch fleeces them with higher costs and bad custome service. every time I delayed paying my Hutch bill by a few days, I was hounded by calls and messages. Ultimately I gave up Hutch and am with someone else now...

One ad guru said "Enhance the positive aspect of brand in your advertising...." from this point your boss may be not liking it. There is some selling psychology invoved. Consumer should...blah blah...feel positive after using your product/services. Take my cricism positivley.
