Raja ji, do you work for O&M?

I dont think O&M will ever do that (put Creative Team) And if the people there have a problem its their problem (O&M's problem)

pixelfiesta, if u look at any entry that has won an award or something o&m has submitted to archives etc, u will not find names of people who have worked on it. u will find something general like "creative team". if that has changed now (i don't know if it has and would be very surprised if it did) then that could only be because so many people started leaving and are still leaving that place, and o&m is trying a last ditch effort by at least giving people credit if they won't give them money. have i worked for o&m? no i have not and nor would i want to. not in india that is.

I don't follow O&M much on any blog/Twitter/FB/ Archieve etc. So I do not know what they put under credits. My apologies for not having checked what O&M puts. But the point I was trying to make is that its been a industry norm amongst all agencies to include the whole team right from the DTP artist to the MD. I just dont understand what sense does it make to do that. I mean often the top-layer is not even aware of what work goes out or which work goes as an entry for the awards!

Eg. In the Sree Leathers Ad, I seriously want to know how many copywriters did it take to write this ad? Three? And what did the Illustrator do?
