any suggestion to improve this idea to take next level.

according to your ad idea, the player has a goal and is reaching there. one step at a time.
your ad says roughly 'take one step at a time'

fine. but how does HDFC fit in?

there could be something in the copy or picture that suggests that HDFC helps you get closer to your goal, one step at a time. bad example: the pole vaulter's pole could be hdfc.

Like Encyclo said, I missed the HDFC connection a bit.
Maybe a good old fashioned 6 pt size logo would help
Also, don't think the line's got to be soooo big, this could be smaller and tucked away from the visual, so that one if forced to look, ponder and analyze the visual.
