We are seeking an experienced individual with proven track record in brand building and strategic marketing with minimum 5 years experience in a senior client servicing role in advertising/branding. Profound understanding of brand building, high level communication, leadership, organisational and senior management skills are essential for this role.
You will lead a portfolio of accounts and and will be responsible for their brands' strategic development, financial performance and profitability.
At this senior role you will provide the strategic direction of the assigned brands, in line with the long term business and communication objectives of the client. As an expert in this field, you will be expected to guide and advice your clients, identify and create opportunities for developing and strengthening their brands and businesses.
You will lead a team of account managers and account executives and will be responsible for their personal and professional development, motivation and performance.
As a member of the senior management, you will share the responsibility for the overall financial results, creative and professional standards of the agency.
