Good work Gaanja. Unfortunately, the violin jpeg doesn't seem to be opening. While the thought in the ad is nice, I have to be frank. This reminds me of a superb commercial done for BPL's mobile on the proposition of clarity. It had a man being called by his wife when he is in the midst of busy street traffic punctuated by the throb of a heavy duty road drill. His wife puts her mobile phone to her pregnant stomach. At once, the man's face on the other end lights up as if to say the transmission is so clear, he can hear his to-be-born's movements inside the womb. Anyway, keep at it. Cheers, Shanty

Dear Hsmkh, yep, I've worked in good old Mumbai. Was in advertising there for almost 7 years. Very much a Mumbaikar.

Tips

Post by shantyarow »

Ad Soldier, agar main tips dene baithoon, toh mera kya hoga??? In any case, I had to slog my butt out in Mumbai too.

The thing is to make sure you know you want to come to Dubai. It's no longer the place that makes money for you, since the costs of living and rent have gone up tremendously.

And it's just in a few agencies that you get time. Else most places work like Mumbai timings.

Try seeking out jobs through websites like monster middle east and campaignme.com All the best!
