Description of the Role
Create, Manage, Monitor and Optimize Paid campaigns across platforms like Adwords (also YouTube) Facebook and other 3rd party networks for web and mobile marketing
Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, email marketing, mobilemarketing, SEO, ASO, SDKs for bug testing, appsflyer, appsee for app analytics etc.
Also familiar with listening tools for social media like hootsuite, rationale, social bakers etc
HAS TO CONTINUOUSLY ANALYSE DATA AND DERIVE VALIDATED LEARNINGS
Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates and apply A/B testing. Supervise creative creation for ads etc.
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the owned platforms.
Knows basic coding to figure out word press site. Set up shopify site. Oversee app development etc.
Share Insights based on analytics with senior management on a regular basis.
Requirements of the Role
A self starter, highly motivated young individual with 3-4 years of experience with a strong love for pop culture, comics etc.
An out and out proactive, energetic start-up individual that can work on an autonomous basis. Should be able to set up targets for herself/himself and accomplish them.
Great hunger for learning new things specially ad tech and mobile platforms related.
Has to be an excel sheet pro. Loves and has immense fun looking at numbers deriving conclusions etc.
Experience managing PPC, SEO, mobile marketing, app development and Affiliate programmes.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role at a consumer focused start-up or Media Advertising Sales/Management Agency (Maxus, Mindshare, Ogilvy Neo, Interactive Avenues etc).
