Goa AdFest 2009 Tshirt Contest FAQs

Post by Paramvir »

By public demand on a simple contest, here is a list of FAQs.

1) The Contest starts March 01 2009, and is open till March 25th, 2009

2) The winner, single or a working PAIR (like a Copywriter + Art Director) get to fly (courtesy DesiCreative and Cartwheel) to Goa AdFest, April 2-4, 2009, stay there on April 2,3,4 nights and fly back to where they started from.
We fly the winning team (two people at the most) from anywhere in India to Goa (in a no-frills airlines, in these times of recession, we will be looking for the cheapest air fares), put them at a respectable place in Goa (please don’t expect a 5 Star stay, meals/drinks not included) during AdFest (April 2-4, 2009), and cover their AdFest registration! All other expenses (travel insurance, meals, personal expenses, laundry, taxi fare etc) are upto the winners to take care of.

3) The contest is open to anyone and you may post as many entries as you want. If the winner is from outside India, we pay ONLY for the flight from New Delhi to Goa, or reimburse just the cost of a New Delhi to Goa flight.

4) All submitted entries beccome property of DesiCreative

5) No cash refunds will be given. The winners must travel and attend Goa AdFest, or forfeit this award.

6) Entries will be judged by the people at DesiCreative

7) If you are a solo designer, DesiCreative and Cartwheel will only pay for your travel and stay etc. DesiCreative and Cartwheel will NOT pay for any friend you may decide to bring along.

8) The decision on winners made by DesiCreative will be final and binding

The annual advertising festival held in Goa by the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) and the Advertising Club Bombay will kick off on April 2. The fourth edition of Goafest will feature a leadership conclave and knowledge and learning seminars based on the theme - “This is too good a recession to waste”.
