Creative Design Head is the conceptual thinker with a keen business sense. He formulates the innovative concepts that support a company's brand, marketing, product, or web development goals. He keeps the team of designers web developers inspired and ensure that their creative output adheres to brand standards and delivers business results. The creative head is charged with determining the best ways for us to visually represent our company's healthcare related products and services. It's very much a people-oriented job, involving development of high-level concepts for design projects, pitching designs, and understanding client needs.

Responsibilities :
* Lead creative design initiatives for healthcare projects
* Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
* Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy
* Establish creative direction for the entire line of online services and programs
* Work with the product team, strategy team and other project stakeholders to develop concepts and present to management
* Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
* Provide quality control over concepts and projects
* Have the ability to keep up with new creative technologies and analyze new trends and data
* Present and effectively communicate how a creative vision will help achieve goals
