Seeking designer with 2 years+ experience — and a portfolio to prove it.
Our newest team members would need to be extremely detail oriented and
organized, fluent in many different styles of graphic design, and
willing to push the envelope with their design solutions. They must
possess communication skills, be comfortable working in a team
environment, and experienced overseeing and giving direction to other
designers as need be.

This is a hands-on job and team members
will be responsible for working on their own creative design solutions,
as well as managing a team. They must be willing to learn from the
Creative Directors, while using their own creativity to come up with
creative solutions and ideas. We are looking for someone who can think
big, as well as execute on the thinking. We all love what we do, and are
looking for someone who shares that passion and love for creativity.

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in an agency environment - Strong understanding of CS4 Suite
– InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator - Experience with design for both
print and web - Strong portfolio exhibiting knowledge of typography,
composition, and color, as well as ability to communicate to audience -
Ability to think conceptually, brainstorm, provide unexpected solutions
and unique ideas - Dedicated team player with ability to work in fast
paced, change oriented.
