Re: Ranbaxy Ad
actually Sushaant, I think the first three have to work harder on the art.
internationally, art has reached somewhere else. They can easily be pushed about a 1000 miles ahead.
for the third one, I didnt understand. there is a woman in blur, being served a glass of water by a woman who looks like a maid. what does this mean?

I agree, i cant understand the picture with the woman and the maid. The art in the first ones could be better. I really liked the CNN and Vodafone work. Do you freelance?
Tumhara naam kya hai Basanti?
Re: Ranbaxy Ad
in fact the art in Vodafone and CNN can be better as well. Please delete Arial, Helvetica and Verdana from your computers. Look hard for a different and appropriate set of fonts to begin with.

Why do you think so? Arent those fonts supposed to be timeless and flexible to varied use?

1) Arial vs Helvetica:

2) These fonts are timeless alright but they are also easily abused. One needs a very refined sense to use them sensitively. Also, c'mon, lets see more of those funky new fonts!
