The thing I wanted to emphasize was the layout. Its a new layout that I thought of, something just like a newspaper. or do u mean that this layout works only for high end villas or apartments?

I like the new layout. Its better. Try improving the picture. There are lots and lost of Home Interior magazines. Look for references etc.

I am not questioning you quality workm you're good at that. But do not loose the selling points like price, action part like mobile nos etc. Get little of marketing aspect into thinking.
