Position: Account Director (AD)
Department: Account Management
Reports directly to: Group Account Director (Team Leader)

SUMMARY:

The Account Director, reporting into the Group Account Director, is responsible for all operational delivery of the Client’s briefs. The incumbent will lead the account team on implementation of all solutions and will ensure that the solutions provided meet agency standards and client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients.
· Supervise implementation of all initiatives.
· Work with immediate supervisor to ensure fiscal responsibility for overall account profitability including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits and losses.
· Liaison between Agency and Client to establish goals and budget and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Operational experience is critical with proven track record of delivery.
· Excellent project management, leadership and team building skills.
· Strong client facing skills.
· Successful track record managing multiple client assignments.
· Good presentation skills.
· Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills.
· Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including production, media, research and database.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· BA/BS degree required.
· Five to seven years of professional experience in a related field.
· Have strong integrated marketing experience with exposure to brand, consumer and retail.
· Agency and account management experience required.
