Well, just to make matters more clear:

Flutterfly logo was designed by Kevin in 2008. Kalyan logo came out just a couple of couple of months ago (2010). Somebody had informed Kevin about this and when I contacted him, he confirmed in the e-mail that Kalyan logo is copied from his portfolio and he is trying to contact them.

Nethra Advertising (Bangalore/Palakkad) is handling Kalyan's ads. When I contacted them, they didn't divulge any info regarding the logo designer.

Whenever I find an 'attractive/clever' logo, I try to find out the designer's name. This is for posting in one of my blogs -- http://kiKKidu.com.

Regarding Kalyan Logo: I feel that I am lucky to establish contact with the concerned parties to come up with that story.
