Job Description
This role is strategic to the future growth of Asymmetrique, and could entail an ownership stake in the company. The ideal candidate would be one who is looking to settle into a leadership role at a young and upcoming Agency, and help drive its future towards greatness. If you've been there done that, this is your chance to stand-up and be seen as a path-breaker in the cluttered world of advertising. Reporting directly into the Chief Branding Officer (CBO) of Asymmetrique, the CD will be required to provide single-point creative leadership to the Copy, Art, and Studio teams across traditional media. The CD will be ultimately responsibile for setting the creative style of the Agency, as well as maintaining the quality of outputs across clients and media.
As an organizational leader, the candidate must be able to inspire team members across the organization, and have the maturity and adeptness to manage the following functions, in addition to creative delivery responsibilities:
Developing a comprehensive and aligned creative marketing Plan.
Implementing creative marketing plan with assistance of Account Management, Planning and creative team.
Establishing, developing & maintaining creative, conceptual and writing standards.
Fostering a creative environment that is conducive to creative development.
Developing, managing,motivating & retaining creative dept staff.
Leading strategic brainstorming sessions, campaign development, creative brief development & directing creative execution.
Develop a strategic decision making & governance process.
Maintain knowledge of creative marketing trends & best practices.
