Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related discipline required.

- Art-based Digital Creative professional with 8+ years of Web, Digital Media, Interactive Design or related experience

- Having awareness of emerging trends in web-based, Social Media, other digital channels and wireless technologies.

-- Advanced knowledge and ability in Visual Communication Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design, Web Design, and Motion Graphics.

- Able to demonstrate a high level of competence in Adobe programs including CS3 & 4 - Photoshop, Flash, illustrator, InDesign etc. Bonus points for experience creative directing sound and video content.

- Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple deadlines and projects.

- Highly collaborative, self-motivated, detail-oriented with a keen eye for consistency, Innovative and creative thinker.


Job Description
Our clients a leading advertising agency with a presence in the Digital space is looking for Creative Directors for its Bangalore Office.
An ideal candidate is presently at an interactive agency as an ACD/CD/senior creative lead who can concept and lead great creative across all digital channels.

Will own, concept, present, and drive the idea across a big brand engagement. The Digital Creative Director will lead art direction and creative development.



- Presenting/Selling creative work across all phases of development

- Communicate with web producers, information architects, and developers to coordinate strategy, creative execution, UI design, and navigational systems for the creative development

- Remain up-to-date with current and emerging digital media trends and web development technologies.
