* Bachelor's degree in design or a related discipline required.

*Art-based Digital Creative professional with 8+ years of Web, Digital Media, Interactive Design or related experience (including advanced education).



*8 more years’ people or resource leadership and/or management experience



*Having awareness of emerging trends in web-based, Social Media, other digital channels and wireless technologies.



*Advanced knowledge and ability in Visual Communication Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design, Web Design, and Motion Graphics.



*Able to demonstrate a high level of competence in Adobe programs including CS3 & 4 - Photoshop, Flash, illustrator, In Design etc. Bonus points for experience creative directing sound and video content.



*Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple deadlines and projects.



*Highly collaborative, self-motivated, detail-oriented with a keen eye for consistency, Innovative and creative thinker.

# The ideal candidate is presently at an interactive agency as an ACD/CD/senior creative lead who can concept and lead great creative across all digital channels.



# You will own, concept, present, and drive the idea across a big brand engagement.



#The Digital Creative Director will lead art direction and creative development.



# As a Creative Director you will be tasked with working with our client’s creatives, producers and account directors on all their projects, overseeing all creative briefs and decisions.



# Responsible for leading the creative department, you’ll progress and direct the development of creative briefs, giving constructive criticism and mentoring to your team.



# You will also work directly with clients, understanding their marketing and communications needs and translating them into creative strategies.
